alpha microelectronics was founded in 1994 and has always offered ASIC design, test and production services. Since 2008 we are also offering standard products. The principals of the company have a very long history in the semiconductor industry while our designers have specific skills and experience in High Voltage, RF and Mixed Signal Development. We are located in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, a long established semiconductor center in the Berlin-Brandenburg region.
